Document safely. Decide in your own time.

Third is a private app designed to help women record experiences safely, recognise patterns, and access support without pressure to report before they’re ready.

The gap between abuse and support.

A woman is expected to recognise what is happening, call it abuse, find information, secure finances, protect her children, leave safely, and trust that the system will support her.

We built Third because the women we met didn't recognise non-physical abuse, felt their experiences were too small to share, didn't know who to trust when things escalated, and faced financial and safety barriers that made leaving feel impossible.
